Coral Cartel LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to Coral Cartel LLC. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when purchasing live corals and aquarium products from us.

1. General Website Use

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Coral Cartel LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the site or services at any time.

2. Live Coral Sales

All coral sales are final. Because corals are live animals, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee, outlined separately on our Shipping & DOA Policy page. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the conditions of that policy.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices, discounts, and availability of corals and products are subject to change without notice. Inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Items placed in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to typographical errors, inventory inaccuracies, or system issues.

4. WYSIWYG Corals

Most corals offered are WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). The coral shown in the product photo is the exact coral you will receive. Any non-WYSIWYG items will be clearly labeled as such.

5. Shipping Terms

All shipping terms, including rates, schedule, conditions, and DOA coverage, can be found in our Shipping & DOA Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those shipping guidelines.

Coral Cartel LLC is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Damage resulting from customer handling or acclimation errors

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipping only. Once a shipping label has been created or corals have been prepared for shipment, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Store Credit

Any store credits issued (due to DOA or other approved cases):

  • Do not expire

  • Are not redeemable for cash

  • Are valid only on coralcartel.com

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, product images, videos, branding elements, and written content on this site are the exclusive property of Coral Cartel LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coral Cartel LLC is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from:

  • Coral acclimation

  • Tank incompatibility

  • Water quality issues

  • Pest transfer from the customer’s existing tank

  • Improper lighting, flow, or handling

Corals are living organisms, and individual results may vary depending on tank conditions.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only for order fulfillment and communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third-party marketers.
